Hot Noodles During The Rainy Season

It’s rainy season again so I find it really hard to wake up and do all my morning stuff. It’s hard to break a sweat either even if I do all the household chores it’s just too cold maybe my pores have been closed. Because of the cold weather this season sometimes i get tempted to go back to bed and sleep for hours like a hibernating animal during winter season.
I usually wake up around 5 or 6am during the weekends, pick my Sunglasses and take a short walk is already a good start of exercise for me but not enough to warm my body up from the early morning breeze. I live in a village near a beach so it would be cold every morning.
I put on my sneakers and hooded jacket after stretching and start walking until I reach the nearest bakeshop outside our village. I normally buy hot bread and a hot coffee for breakfast every morning but during this season where it rains consecutively buying a hot soup or a steaming hot noodles that would fog up a Reading Glasses is the best breakfast to warm my body during the rainy season. When my body is all warmed up I start jogging for a a few minutes until I break enough sweat then go back home and do the early morning drills; a hundred sit-ups and a hundred push-ups and other variation of exercise and workouts plus other strenuous stretching to maintain a good and healthy body.
Aside from the morning drills I still have to work on my striking drills for stand-up not to mention it includes other ground drills to complete my workout for the day or else my coach’s Large Reading Glasses will fog up from dissapointment. As a fighter I have to condition myself to in two grounds or two phases of a fight that is the stand-up and the ground. get paid less for every fight we didn’t come for the money but the joy of doing it. Though it’s quite painful to get hit but what makes it’s so enjoyable is to see victory using the art we have created or formulated out of the experiences we have gained like a scientist solving a mathematical problem using his own solution or an investigator solving a mysterious crime scene. It’s the challenge we wish to take, the most difficult problem we would like to solve and be the best out of what we do.

The Most Common Vision Eye Care Problems

October 7th, 2008    Subscribe To Our Feed

It is really quite startling the number of people who have eye care problems, as in fact over half the world’s population presently has at least some sort of vision or similar problem. Although there are literally hundreds of different vision eye care problems that one can suffer from, there are a few in particular that are especially popular and which will be discussed in more detail here.

Astigmatism

Most people have heard of the term astigmatism before, and it refers to a vision eye care problem in which there is an irregularly shaped cornea. It can also be the result of an irregularly shaped lens, although this is less common. In terms of the signs and symptoms of astigmatism, the biggest problem is that there are often none, or at least not any that are overly noticeable.

For treatment, unless it is extreme, this particular vision eye care condition can typically be compensated for satisfactorily with eyeglasses or contact lenses. Then of course there is always surgery, namely the LASIK procedure that can be undergone as long as you are accepted as an eligible candidate.

Glaucoma

Glaucoma is another very common vision eye care condition, one which actually refers to a group of diseases of the optic nerve involving loss of retinal ganglion cells in a usually very characteristic pattern of optic neuropathy. Glaucoma can actually lead to blindness by damaging the optic nerve so much, and this is one vision eye care condition that needs to be taken especially seriously.

Although there are in fact a few different types of glaucoma that one can be diagnosed with, there are two out of these in particular which are most common, and these are primary open angle glaucoma and angle closure glaucoma. These are both marked by an increase of intraocular pressure or pressure inside of the eye.

It is important that the diagnosis of a vision eye care problem such as glaucoma be made as soon as possible, and most cases of glaucoma are detected from a routine eye exam. Four particular criteria are used to diagnose the condition, which are: pressure within the eye, the appearance of the meshwork, the appearance of the optic nerve, and the individual’s visual field.

In terms of treatment, there are basically three major options: medications, laser procedures, and incisional surgery. The option which is going to be best suited for you and your particular condition will be determined by your doctor.
